When the children reach the age of 2 years we gradually introduce them to the “Tree House Room”. This has a large carpeted area, a messy play area and a quiet area with a computer, reading corner and writing table.

We encourage the children to explore, discover the world around them and to learn vital social skills, like sharing and making friends, with a wide variety of planned activities, including 2 outdoor sessions each day. We believe that children of this age should partake in as much physical and experimental activity as possible to prepare their bodies and minds for life long learning.

The minimum adult to child ratio in this room is 1:4 and carers in this room are experienced in the art of learning through play, and making play fun.
